Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or mail forwarding addresses. Please ensure you provide a valid residential or business delivery address at checkout.


Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. There are no hidden fees or surcharges applied at checkout.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information where available.

Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time. The estimated delivery window of 3 to 8 business days begins from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier workload, and other factors outside of our control.


Carriers

We ship using trusted national carriers, which may include:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS
  • FedEx

The carrier used for your order will be selected based on your delivery location and the size of your order. You will be notified of the carrier and tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery directly on the carrier's website.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact.firststreetbook@gmail.com and we will look into it right away.


Delivery Issues

Late Deliveries Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, we recommend first checking your tracking information for updates. If the tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Lost Packages If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check around your delivery location, including with neighbors or building management
  2. Wait 24 to 48 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered slightly early
  3. Contact us at contact.firststreetbook@gmail.com if the package still has not appeared

We will work with the carrier to resolve the situation and find the best solution for you.

Damaged in Transit If your book arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If you realize you have entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at contact.firststreetbook@gmail.com or call +1 (415) 456-8770. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order has been processed.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply in this case.


Delays Beyond Our Control

Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • National holidays or peak shipping seasons
  • Carrier disruptions or strikes
  • Natural disasters or other force majeure events

We appreciate your patience in these situations and will always do our best to keep you informed.
